Prior to her call to fulltime ministry, Mrs. Duggan has been a Manager in the Central Bank of Nigeria from 1981 to 1997. A holder of HND in Business Studies from Bolton Institute of Technology (Now Bolton University), Bolton, England, Mrs. Duggan also has Certificates in Christian Studies, Pastoral Studies and Christian Counseling. She is also an alumnus of Haggai Institute for Advanced Leadership Training. Married with 4 grown up children, Pastor Duggan, under the training of Dr. I. S. James has served in various positions including Assistant Pastor (1992-1994) before becoming the Head Pastor since 1994.
